A First Look at Prism Prompt Studio

This is how it begins... The very first look at Prism Prompt Studio.
Conceptually, this is your new Report Template builder. But instead of designing a report that queries historical data, you're extracting and structuring data to be generated from your future call transcripts that dumps out into the data warehouse for analysis or accessed via API by any application.
With Prism Prompt Studio, you can import historical transcripts for testing, select your model/parameters, and then develop a prompt to discern whatever you want from it.
For example:
- Custom formatted Call Summaries
- Quality Assurance Evaluations
- Determine Questions being asked by callers, and how they were answered
- Agent Coaching Recommendations
- Conversational Intelligence
- Sentiment Analysis
- Anything else you might find interesting
But, unlike interacting with ChatGPT, you want the results rendered out in structured JSON format, so we're guiding users through that process.
Once saved, you can use our Prism Flows to inject the prompts onto any set of transcripts as soon as a call is finished and have 100% call evaluations and insights structured exactly how you want them.
We have several pipelines running in production today at InflectionCX and its amazing🤘. But with Prompt Studio and Flows, you can start generated new AI insights in a few minutes at any scale, for the cost of inference (about $.01-$.02 per call transcript).
In other words, whenever there is something that I just have to know right now, I can build and deploy it myself without bugging an engineer, and soon you can to 🤗
Let me know your comments, and we'll post updates as the team of people far smarter than me bring this thing to life in the coming weeks.
