We're wrapping-up our GPT Guide to CX and have generated over 20 distinctive use cases. But, thats the easy part (you could simply ask ChatGPT for a list of things it can do for you).
Use Cases are Useless without a platform or set of applications to deliver on their promise. Furthermore, platforms and products are little more than expensive toys without execution and the process reengineering required to adopt them (remember when CRM was the rage 20 years ago and no one knew how to deploy or use it).
As Example, it's quite amazing that GPT-4 can be a personalized coach for each of your agents. But how are you going to deliver that into a workflow? And how are you going to adapt your organization and existing roles to take advantage of it? The Status Quo is your biggest competition.
On the product front, you're going to see a number of companies adding incremental new features to their existing products, such as call summarization. These will be pretty easily adopted, and yet still miss the biggest opportunities.
At the core, GPT APIs are an engine without a vehicle. It's a powerful engine, but it ain't going anywhere without the rest of the car. And that car will just sit in the garage until someone learns how to drive it.
One could surmise that developing a platform that is adaptable enough to handle any number of these use cases is a formidable task. And it sits at the heart of what we're doing at Xaqt.
And there is no playbook with how to deploy any of this technology and realize its full potential. Our team and valued customers at InflectionCX are at the forefront of this transition as we aim to lead the industry by example, and share those learnings whether companies use our services or not.
GPT is the world's fastest and most powerful engine, Xaqt is your Ferrari around it, and InflectionCX is your personal driver should you chose to join us on the ride.
